Ventilation and Conditioning
The system of ventilation for net premises of HVAC is intended for management of the level of viable and impractical firm particles which can contain in air in case of production of medicines. Additional purification of air can be received in addition to regulation of temperature and in the conditions of the increased relative humidity. Conditioning for net rooms are classified on the basis of quantity of viable and impractical particles in case of a static operating mode and dynamic service conditions. The air conditioning system regulates heat, and also ventilation.
Validation of systems of ventilation and conditioning
The HVAC system is intended for servicing of laboratory rooms and the pharmaceutical plants, including rooms for cellular cultures, aseptic rooms, rooms for training of personnel and air locks.
External air, in combination with returnable air is processed in the conditioner and give to a production zone. A part of the air which is coming out directly rooms is released into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan while the remained air recirculates in the aggregate of the returned air by means of the return fan.
The air arriving in the conditioner is purified by filters of preliminary cleaning and average filters, and then the air conditioning system regulates the level of humidity and temperature. Affluent air of the terminal is filtered by the filter in case of an entrance to net rooms.
